The MBA program of Hebei University is located in the school of management, which has a strong faculty. At present, it has one national teaching team, one national famous teacher, two people enjoying the special allowance of the State Council, and one talent of the national "special support program for high-level talents" (10000 talents program). Also, it has many science experts at provincial and ministerial-level social and outstanding talents. In recent years, the internationalization of the school of management has been greatly improved. At present, there are 7 overseas doctoral teachers, and 41 teachers have visited famous universities in the United States, Britain and Ireland, accounting for 42.42% of full-time teachers.

In MBA education, we adhere to the motto of Hebei University that is "erudite, truth-seeking, constant and innovative", and adhere to the MBA school running policy of "taking the market as the guidance, taking the students as the foundation, striving for advantages with characteristics, and striving for development through innovation". The specific performances are as follows:

    1.In terms of talent training mode, we should adhere to the guidance of meeting social needs. Taking application-oriented training as the core, according to the characteristics of MBA, we should formulate corresponding training programs and plans, reasonably coordinate the relationship among training objectives, research directions, curriculum, etc., and optimize the training process, especially the comprehensiveness and application of MBA training.

    2.In terms of the teaching content, we should emphasize integration and practicality. We should give full play to the discipline advantages and humanistic environment advantages of comprehensive universities, build a teaching mode with thick foundation, wide caliber and heavy application, so as to cultivate students' ability to solve management practice problems by using basic theories, and organically integrate students' career design with teaching content selection.

    3.In terms of teaching methods, it is closely combined with the reality of enterprise management in our province and adheres to the combination of openness and diversity. It adopts various forms such as classroom teaching, discussion, simulation training and social practice, integrates the proportion of class hours of online teaching, case discussion, academic lectures, scenario simulation and other teaching links, and strives to develop new teaching forms that can meet the needs of MBA teaching, so that MBA students can learn something and apply what they have learned.
